This Privacy Policy explains how FIIN MUSIC LLC, operating as Misifu ("Misifu", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your information when you join our text message program or attend our events at Lunasol in Wynwood, Miami, Florida.

Age restriction

Misifu events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older. We verify date of birth before allowing anyone to join our messaging program. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Information we collect

Contact information — first name, mobile phone number, and email address where you provide it.
Date of birth — collected solely to verify that you are 21 or older.
Consent records — the date and time you gave consent, the exact wording you agreed to, the web page where you gave it, and technical information such as your browser type. We retain these records to demonstrate compliance.
Event activity — which events you reserved for and attended.

How we use your information

To send you the text messages you signed up for: weekly lineup announcements, event reminders, entry details and schedule changes.
To manage our guest list and check you in at the door.
To understand attendance and improve our events.

Mobile information and text message consent

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the messaging service providers who deliver our messages on our behalf, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using that information for their own purposes.

Our text message program

Program: Misifu marketing messages. We send marketing text messages only: weekly DJ lineup announcements, invitations to join the guest list, and promotions for upcoming Misifu events. We do not send transactional or informational messages under this consent.
Message frequency: varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Misifu does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time and you will receive no further messages. You may also reply with any clear request to stop, or email us. We honor opt-out requests promptly and in all cases within ten business days.

Consent is never required as a condition of purchasing anything or entering any event.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our ticketing and RSVP platform, our messaging provider, and our database host — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. They may not use your information for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law.

Where you reserve through a third-party ticketing platform, that platform operates under its own privacy policy and its own relationship with you.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward. We retain consent and opt-out records for at least four years, as required to demonstrate compliance.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details below. Florida and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
