These terms govern the Misifu text message program operated by FIIN MUSIC LLC ("Misifu", "we", "us"). By joining, you agree to them.
You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to join. We verify date of birth before enrollment. You must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Misifu sends recurring automated marketing text messages promoting our weekly Friday event at Lunasol in Wynwood, Miami: lineup announcements, invitations to upcoming events, and offers to join the guest list. This program sends marketing messages only. We do not send transactional or informational messages under this consent.
You join by entering your mobile number on our sign-up page and actively checking a consent box that is not pre-selected. Consent to receive text messages is separate from any other agreement and is never a condition of purchase or entry to any event. After you join we send a single confirmation message.
Message frequency varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Misifu does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to end all messages. You may also reply with any clear indication that you want the messages to stop, or contact us directly. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

We send only during permitted hours under federal and Florida law. We do not send overnight.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Entry to Misifu events is at the discretion of the venue and subject to capacity, venue policy, and applicable law. A reservation on the guest list does not guarantee entry. Misifu events are 21+ and valid government-issued photo identification is required at the door.
We may modify or discontinue the program or these terms at any time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
